We enjoyed the 5-course meal plus pairings. Everything was absolutely outstanding. The wine selections were unique and enjoyable, the food prepared incredibly well, and the timing of courses ideal. We particularly enjoyed the first and final pairings. The waitstaff spoke eloquently to the pairing choices, which was a delightful experience in and of itself. The variety across the pairings did an excellent job balancing quintessential Danish cuisine with culinary explorativeness.

I recently dined at Restaurant Cofoco and had an absolutely delightful experience with their 4 Course menu. The halibut was a true highlight; it practically melted in my mouth, and the freshness of the fish was evident. However, the star of the entire meal had to be the mussel soup. I can confidently say it was the best soup I’ve ever tasted. The flavors were simply amazing, with the peas and fish complementing each other beautifully. The veal was cooked to perfection, and the accompanying sides, including the sauce and corn, were equally impressive. The harmony of flavors in each dish was a testament to the chef’s skill. For dessert, the strawberry sorbet was the ideal way to conclude the meal, refreshing and bursting with flavor. This was my first experience with “Danish” cuisine, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. The 4-Course menu is just enough, though if you are that little bit more hungry, I’d go for the 5-Course. I wholeheartedly recommend Restaurant Cofoco to anyone seeking a memorable dining experience. Moreover, the restaurant’s decor was tastefully done, creating a welcoming ambiance. While it was a bit warm inside, it didn’t detract from the overall experience. Plus, the restaurant’s convenient location, just a few minutes’ walk from the metro, made it even more accessible. In summary, Restaurant Cofoco exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to return for another exceptional meal.

The service was a little slow but they were super friendly. We went for the a la carte menu but probably the set menu would have been better value. I enjoyed the trout and rib eye, the crab salad was not really my taste

Tried it several times in the past, this time a little disappointed by the toast which arrived "burnt" with too strong a flavor that covered the mushrooms, the mussel soup was excellent and I expected more on the meat. Service quite slow and distracted, I asked for bread several times and it didn't arrive, I ended up eating without it... Will try again for an update hoping to find the quality and attention I remembered

Culinary experience in line with expectations. The dishes had delicate and balanced flavours, typical of the Copenhagen culinary style, with quality ingredients and well thought-out preparations. The location appears very intimate and welcoming, excellent for a romantic evening. I recommend the fixed menu they propose so that you can enjoy different courses while also saving a little!

Enjoyed a wonderful 5-course dinner here. We've had the mussel soup before and it continues to be our favourite dish, highly recommend it. The chanterelle toast was a bit disappointing, flavourwise it lacked a fresh/citrus aspect to balance out the savouriness from the creamy mushrooms. Made it a bit heavy to get through (hence the 4 stars). The atmosphere was calm and neat as always, and staff was very friendly.

My recent visit to Cofoco was a mixed experience. I had requested a birthday surprise for my girlfriend, and Cofoco suggested buying a candle, which I agreed to. However, upon arrival, there were no candles, leaving us unprepared and frustrated. What saddened me most was that my special request seemed completely forgotten throughout the meal. The staff didn’t acknowledge the occasion, contrary to the positive reviews that led me here. On the plus side, the food was delicious, but towards the end, we experienced longer-than-expected wait times for our main dishes.

Amazing place, we celebrated our small wedding in a private room (10 people). We took 5 course menu - it was delicious - mussels soup, ribeye, sorbet… strongly recommend to take wine pairing as well. Well done, Cofoco👍
