Bad service. It takes a long time to get something wrong fixed. Personally, I don't live there but have grandparents who do. Filed a fault report a while ago because the oven on the stove didn't work and it took 3 weeks before they got a new stove, filed another fault report last week, the fridge and freezer have broken and a week has gone by without anyone even being and checked it out. They are still waiting for them to come check it out.. does it really take that long? When it comes to the fridge, you might think it's an emergency. I don't know where there are gaps in communication, but the upper echelons do, and you should work to ensure that such gaps do not arise in the future.
