Rent a garage space on Bryggaregatan, unfortunately very often you can't get into the garage because the door is locked, a recurring problem but no direct solution to it. As well as would like Balder to offer charging space for cars in the garage.

Dishonest run down laundry room that cannot be locked, unusable storage rooms made of chicken wire and high crime rate in the area which is withheld when asked.

Recycling stations that are sometimes locked for no reason, washrooms with machines that sometimes work and sometimes don't, no possibilities whatsoever for electric charging of such vehicles in their garage spaces despite expensive garage rent. Apparently, Balder does not want you to be able to ride sustainably! Especially not if you are tied to a vehicle that is not four-wheeled. That's how much they care about the ENVIRONMENT....,, Damn crap service! Unpleasant treatment! You will be outcompeted or bought out by a company that cares and doesn't treat their customers like the worst zombie cattle!!! Would rather recommend Helsingborgshem!!!! PS ::: Forgot to write about how their attic ("storage") looks to us who live on Gasverksgatan in HBG. Imagine a scene from the worst HORROR MOVIE you can imagine. They probably haven't done anything to the whole attic since the 50's or 60's. I was promised a storage space but didn't, thank god for that considering how it looks,,,horrible! Think before you rent from Balder Fastigheter.
