Unreliable/tricky, fake, expensive, not so nice once you move out. First reception was good, nice, once you quit and move they become bitter, and not so nice tone anymore, I pointed out damage when I moved in "well but it's an old apartment so you have to take it" pointed out that the apartment is not was cleaned at all, the worst happened to them, had to clean myself. Here begins my bad aftertaste, serious landlord who does not want to fix uncleaned apartment, the fridge smelled very bad and was dirty, the oven had burnt dirt and was never cleaned, let's not even talk about the floor drain in the shower! The apartment was otherwise dirty and in poor condition. No, I didn't get any help or rent deduction for that. However, they are good at raising rents, and being generally unhelpful and unfair as a host. When moving out they point out the damage I pointed out when I moved in, lucky for me I had documented this before or it would have cost me. No, there won't be any more relationships with this landlord, my advice is to only search here if you are desperate.

Fantastic good landlord. Always good treatment, easy to deal with. If something needs to be fixed, it usually happens immediately. Lived in three different apartments from Bo Larsson now and everything has worked great. You get good, fresh and nice apartments in good areas at a reasonable price. Can be highly recommended!

Proper, pleasant, customer-friendly@ !guards who come to fault if something is wrong. Good to rent from. Takes care of their homes

Looked at an apartment here and WOW! What an apartment and the rental was perfect. Also mostly Swedes on the stairs and their tenants seem to enjoy themselves well. I want to live here!
