A very good and well-organized city administration with good service and good knowledge of most things related to communal matters such as parking permits for the disabled or land & development and environmental issues. Here you always receive a warm and cordial welcome and you really feel that your matter is taken seriously by the super nice girls at the reception. They are quick in their work but still take the time to listen to you and are happy to talk for a while! Three thumbs up for you all! at Helsingborg's city administration!👍👍👍

Corrupt so it screams about it. The managers take an assignment and leave it until the last minute before rejecting it and inventing some reason to make it look like they did something for their bosses. Often, cases fail on what they have already approved or even proposed themselves. No order at all. Here, Helsingborg's growth and development is stopped
