Must say that I am really happily surprised by this dealership. Surpremely serviceminded and professional dealers and employees. Very clean and easy to maneuver and always someone to ask when we had questions. But my biggest surprise came when I found this in one of their bathroom and I just have to say wow! Hat off for this kind of accessibility! Haven't seen it before but really wish that more would follow this kind of example! We left in a car for an assessment to be fixed after a minor accident. We got very fast and professional response, and we left super satisfied. We will drop the car off for the fix itself at a set date where we also have a rental car booked through their help. We are definitely always coming back here and highly recommend others to do the same. No hide fees or tricks. Upfront, honest and professional, bravo!

We serviced both our Volvos at this garage and both broke down in a major fashion almost exactly one month after the service. I don’t understand how that is possible. They do the absolute bare minimum and won’t take any responsibility for the breakdowns as of yet. No point going to this garage. Literally the worst I’ve ever been to. Avoid!!!

Car bought 2019 volvo v90 cc d4 ~95000km. With volvo select waranty. Be extremely cautious. On delivery day, care delivered with fault in battery, fault in media control buttons, delivered without cargo load cover which supposedly is in the package. Delivered with absolutely useless tires. After one month of ownership fault in brake lights, fault in addaptive cruise control, wibration while braking, faulty parking sensors (apperently sometimes the are sleeping) strange behavior of an automatic trunk lid. All could be fixed in a workshop under waranty, but. Times to book only after 2 or 3 weeks. Every visit of workshop takes time and money, unless you do not have your work at that time. Upon buying tryed to arrange service agreement in Landskrona because it is closer, but apperently my personal tehnician was on an eternal sick leave, i ended up in Helsingborg which is double further away. If you decide to sell back car be ready as they will want to rip of as much money as they can.

I didn't get to buy the car I wanted. Unfortunately, I have to admit that no one answered my letter and request. This does not leave the company with a very professional attitude. If I was buried somewhere in the spam, that's understandable.
