Myself and two friends recently visited the "Platinum Cars" store and were really disappointed with the lack of customer service and the fact that no salesperson took the time to help us. As someone who has experience working in sales myself and understands the importance of building relationships with customers, I was particularly disappointed by the lack of commitment and interest on the part of salespeople. We had expected to get some guidance and information about the different cars, but instead we felt completely left out. Unfortunately, this unpleasant experience has led to us now looking for a car elsewhere. We want to feel valued as customers, and that was clearly not the case at "Platinum Cars". Platinum cars but bronze customer service.

An unbelievably LARGE selection...including Ferrari-Porsche and many other car brands! Finally a serious company for us in Southern Sweden who like cars! Fantastically pleasant and not least knowledgeable staff! Had the pleasure of meeting Aidon (hope spelled correctly). Incredibly knowledgeable about all car brands - especially Mercedes-Benz and Porsche! The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable about everything they had in the hall!
