I wanted to fix my car with them but when I went to yours they met me as an unwelcome guest and they destroyed my car and then when I wanted it to be fixed they said that it was not them who destroyed it and that it can't fix it, after I picked up my car from them it couldn't open the right door in the car when I talked to them they said it wasn't them so they did I don't recommend getting your car fixed there because they will ruin it I had to get it fixed at another garage and it cost me a lot.

Audi Helsingborg (Din Bil Syd AB) did a troubleshooting on our Q7, which took them three and a half days to realize they couldn't connect to the engine control unit. They claimed that the car is tuned. Apparently there is "absolutely nothing" they can do to diagnose a problem with a car that has a tuned ECU because the only thing their auto mechanic knows how to do is download data from a computer and follow step by step guidance from Audi. But they forced us to pay SEK 2,000 for the incomplete troubleshooting even though they don't have the tools, skills or desire to do the kind of troubleshooting that a proper auto mechanic would. The service manager was very quick to threaten to impound our car permanently when I questioned him about the exorbitant cost, forcing us to move our car from their locked facility. We still paid but we shouldn't have. Although the man at the front desk is delightful, Audi Helsingborg as an organization are smug and arrogant, and they have a completely clueless car repair shop. The service we received on previous visits to Audi Helsingborg has been equally hopeless. If you have anything more than a minor problem with your Audi, don't go here. They can trick you and threaten to keep your car if you ask for an unreasonable charge. After almost 10 years of loyalty to Audi we will never ever go back to this rotten Audi dealer.

Dropped my car in for an annual service at Din Bil in Helsingborg and when they were going to test drive them they crashed which led to the car needing to be scrapped. Despite this, Din Bil has not shown any understanding or helpfulness in the matter. Very disappointed customer, does not recommend anyone to drop off their car at Din Bil.
