Service when buying a car, what is it? That's what you get when you visit Folkets Bil. Was going to buy my son's first car and looked at many different places. After a few weeks found the car that fit Folkets bil. It was a purchase, during the test drive it was discovered that the AC was faulty, the seller Patrik said we will fix it. The car was serviced and inspected even though it was not time. Then a few weeks passed and we discovered some oil stains on the driveway, the guy drives into Folket's car, is asked to drive into the workshop of the neighboring company, very real a small oil leak. Patrik at People's car answered spontaneously to his son, we will fix it and we will cover the cost, the son sounds incredibly relieved when he calls me at work. This is what service is. Next car purchase, well at Folkets Bil Thank you Patrik/People's Car PS: The guy at the workshop was also good, nice treatment when I picked up the car showed what was wrong, feels pressured. Picked up a Skoda Fabia today 7/1-2019. So I have to express myself here that the picture moves like a cat when it purrs. So very happy with the car. Its treatment and service in the store was +10 points. The people who work there are super nice. So I don't understand you who complain here that you did it. You who complained here must have had a very bad day. So Big Thanks to you at this car shop. Will warmly recommend you to anyone I hear who needs a newer car. Many thanks :-) Mvh Terez

I was very satisfied with the car that was bought from Folket Bil in Hbg. It is now 4 months since I bought it from them. A lot of car for the money. Good condition. Great service. Worthless car company, rude and ignorant staff, they think they are kings, you are nothing but a car company and you have to treat your customers with respect. This is the first and last time I go there, this car company nothing to recommend.

worthless company, asking someone to come in to look at a volvo s40... when you get in there they sell the crap to someone else.. just shows what brain dead idiots they are and how unscrupulous they are.

Worthless car company, would exchange my car and give them money in between for one of their cars, they valued my car at SEK 20,000 in the block, the same car as mine is sold for SEK 120,000 pure joke company.
