Very cosy and traditional restaurant. The waitress was very kind to us and gave us good recommendations. She mentioned the place is the 3rd oldest cafe/restaurant in Denmark, which makes it feel even more special for travellers.

What a lovely old place! Great food and service - we had three dishes between two of us which was plenty with a large beer! Karina answered our numerous questions about the food and drinks on offer. She was very friendly and patient with us. Would recommend this place highly for authentic Danish dishes served in a lovely old setting.

Feels like a eatery filled with rich history. There is an indoor and outdoor sitting area. Nice atmosphere and probably great for a lunch appointment. Tried smørrebrød for the first time and they were good! Wouldn’t mind returning again the next time in København.

If you want a traditional Danish smorrebrod this is the place to come - in fact it was one of the few places my Danish wife and her Mor considered traditional smorrebrod. You should also try a shot of snapps with it and a beer for the full Dansk traditional lunch. The place is a gem, well worth a visit.

Really had a great time here with my co-workers. Great traditional danish food with reasonable prices. We all loved the food and enjoyed the ambiance. Will definitely come back again:)

Friendly service, reasonable prices (for Copenhagen), and what felt like a really authentic Smørrebrød experience. I can recommend the ham and egg on rye and baked Camembert, for sure! 4 open sandwiches and 2 beers came to 430kr.

Among the oldest restaurants in Copenhagen, it offers the most typical Danish cuisine in an environment dating back to the mid-18th century. Welcoming and helpful staff. Highly recommended.
