Real idiot who works there. I called about a BMW I was interested in. The person who answered said that the car is on site. Me and a friend drove from Malmö to Helsingborg to check the car and possibly test it. Arrived and got no help nothing for about 20 minutes. We ourselves had to go up the stairs where the office is to get help. Once there, I tell you that we drove from Malmö because I am interested in the BMW and would like to test the car. But no. That's not how they work, he says. How can you even know if you want the car or not if you don't get to test drive it?? Sickest I've ever been with. They could have been told on the phone that you are not allowed to test their cars, so you wouldn't have had to waste gas money and time. Don't buy a car from them!

Before changing cars here, everything was gold and green forests! After the change it was the exact opposite, very bad attitude and bad treatment of new customer! I will definitely NOT buy a car here again! Be careful with this car company!

Bought a 2012 BMW M3 convertible in May 2016. Now that I have to sell it, it is impossible since a check at BMW shows that the car has been extensively damaged front and rear. The entire car has clearly been repainted. Before buying, I specifically asked if the car had been previously damaged, and was told that it had "insignificant parking damage in the front". I wanted them to buy the car back with a write-off for the miles I've driven, but they refuse. According to BMW Sweden, it is a common solution to a dispute like this, but Påarp is not interested in it. BMW Sweden has been very helpful and contacted Påarp bil, but the answer from them Påarp to BMW is that "I think we are shitting him, can't bear to be pressured". Which I have an email on as proof. Do not expect your complaint to be taken seriously! If you want to avoid problems, contact an honest and serious car dealer.

I have only had positive experiences with Car Sales in Påarp. We basically agreed on the deal by e-mail and once there everything was in order and I left Påarp with a 'new car' and satisfied both with the car, the deal and the nice staff!
