Been trying on and off for YEARS to book service for my cars (Saab) but they NEVER answer the phone and NEVER call back ( if you choose that option). Must not want customers. I allways end up driving to Ängelholm instead where they DO want to serve customers.

Very bad customer service, can't reach over phone. My car came to repair shop through towing but it took them 22 days to Only fixed new tire. very long waiting time that make very disappointed.
