We ordered a car in early 2021 and were told it would be ready in May. In May we called to confirm delivery date and we were informed that they couldn’t deliver the car we had ordered, but they would upgrade us to a different model and they would start production in June. But this was not the model we had ordered, and a car that we didn’t want with an additional waiting time. Completely unbelievable that they left us waiting with no contact. Unfortunately we had sold our second car, expecting the delivery of the Skoda in May, this made our working and private life rather difficult.

Have bought a Skoda Kodiaq from you, which now has problems with the cooling. First of all, it is basically impossible to get to the Workshop by phone, you are asked to leave your name and number and then get called, which never happens. Zero opportunity to look at the car to determine if it can be used until the booked time. Today I call the authorized workshop in my home municipality, which gives me an appointment the next day. No, Börjesson, I will not buy a car from you again.

Since we bought our car last fall, (2016 model year, approx. 8,000 miles, SEK 130,000) we have had to change the battery, had a brake noise, inspected it with two 2's, (broken lights) that were left over from last year as well as received failed tires with the purchase (However, we received new tires for free from Börjessons, which we are grateful for, but it was still very strange that they sold the car without having checked the tires) We like our car, the seller was nice, and of course we as buyers have a responsibility, and of course you have to expect a bit of this when you buy a used car. But such a large car company can probably treat the customer to changing broken lights and checking the battery before selling, for the sake of everyone's comfort. The customer is satisfied and comes back, and it costs the company very little. Win/Win! We will probably choose another company next time, there were too many things that went wrong here.
