I had bought my Hyundai Ioniq in Klippan and had it serviced there twice. Last fall, I received a message from Bilpartner that they have shut down in Klippan and that the service now takes place in Helsingborg. To smooth out my inconvenience of now driving to Helsingborg, they offered a free rental car for a day including 10 km driving. I made an appointment a month earlier and pointed out that the lock of one seat belt is broken. When I dropped off my car yesterday, they didn't have a rental car available, so I had to borrow the manager's car. The tank was almost half full. When I got back, the first question was whether I have refueled the car. I was then told that the seat belt buckle was broken (totally new to me) and that they have ordered a new one. They let me know when it has arrived. The response to my reference that I had written that it is broken four weeks ago and the lock should already have been ordered by yesterday was that then the whole hall would be full of spare parts. Ordering a spare part just in time is too much to expect from Bilpartner, but the fact that I take time off to drive there one more time and that the whole family cannot travel in the car is ok for them.
