I love this bike shop and my son and I are there often to check the tire pressure for our bikes. The other day there was also an issue with the front wheel on my son's bike. Even though the repair guy was on his way out as we were entering the shop, he turned around and fix my son's bike right away. All the shop personnel is very nice and very helpful. I am so happy to have this bike shop near us. It doesn't matter what bike you have, if it needs any fixing you can bring it it and you won't be disappointed with the service.

Had a wonderful experience in this store. Rasmus was very helpful and kind, and the store is very welcoming and cozy. My friend and I went in there to ask bout their ambassador program and were very satisfied with our conversation. Would highly recommend going to them with all your bike-related needs or simply checking out their wide variety of bikes on display. Looking forward to going back there very soon!

Had a great service for our two bikes from a very passionate and knowledgeable bike mechanic. He also took time to give us advice on how to look after them better. All the staff was very friendly. Will definitely service the bikes here again. :)

The staff at the store does not want to help. I asked for help buying and installing a part to out on the back of my Trek. The response with attitude was "I cannot do it because if I start and a customer comes in then I do not know when I will be done." First off, I am a customer too!! So I guess I do not matter... the attitude and sense of not wanting to be bothered is an issue... this is the second time this has happened at this store with a different staff member giving attitude. The first time was for requesting assistance in buying a new ebike.... I would not ever recommend this place to anyone especially with so many other options...
