Cannot say enough about how happy we are doing business with this shop… in the bike business, the bikes matter but people really do too. These are great people.

Got my bike repaired cause my gear was broken and everything was fine. 3 days after I got a flat tire so I went to change it for 150dkk (just the tube) that lasted 2 days. Where without using the bike the tire was flat again. So I went back and they charged me 300 dkk to replace all the tire... Total 450dkk. After that kind of job I left and in few days my gear had a new problem. It was not able to stay on the 2nd or 3rd gear, just the first one. So I went back there to fix it for free because it was not possible that before the first time I went there I haven't a problem for 4 months but right after them, all of a sudden, all these problems came out. Poor quality labour.

Rebuilt a wheel (existing 32H rear hub, new spokes and Alexa rim). Way out of lateral and radial true within days and <25k of riding. Typical dansker customer service: expensive, complacent and deluded. Don't bother, just buy online. How can these businesses survive?

Unpleasant, confrontational behavior. If you are looking for customer-friendly service, this is definitely not the place to visit. Words like f***o** and other profanities were used simply because I was asking for advice. Have shopped there before, and have gone back each time with a feeling of really bad treatment, but today was the best. I will never set foot in the store again, and would advise anyone reading this to avoid the place.
