Needed a spare (throw-away) brake part. Any cykel-værksted has a big box of used ones on a shelf. If he'd have offered me a used one for free, my business would have been secured for the future. But in the usual dansker way, wanted to charge double the online price for a new one. How short sighted. Now: I'll never enter my nearest cykel store again. Top service strategy.
