The food and rum were excellent! My server Mariela was extremely helpful in making the right choice for lunch. She's friendly and checked up on me several times during my meal. The dessert wasn't the petit four that I'm used to, but it was okay.

Paid this little restaurant a visit because I got mega hungry while walking around the museum, and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of the smørrebrød! Generous toppings and fresh ingredients. Service was a little lacking because they seemed to be a bit short-staffed, but it was still decent.

Inside the National museum. The decor is quite modern. Had lunch there and ordered the seasonal dish. Was tasty but the blood sausage was a bit too sweet for my taste. Had a nice cider and a snap Tried the danish cheeses plate as dessert. Overall an okay meal. The gentleman who served me was very professional and friendly.

Susprisingly good lunch at the museum. I had the viking dish which was very tasty and with a big piece of meat. Not cheap but very good value for money. I recommend it!

We loved our late lunch here after a day at the museum! The poor reviews confuse me because we had a great experience! Yummy smorrebrod, yummy drinks and a super helpful, nice server! This is a museum resto in Denmark so prices aren't going to be budget, that's just the way it is - you're paying for the convenience and well... food & drink in Copenhagen ain't cheap! People commenting about paying for water, it's a very European thing to only serve bottled water that you have to pay for. Only negative I'd have is that they weren't open late so if you are in the museum until close you don't have a lot of time to grab a bite.

Extremely poor quality of food. I ordered two Smørrebrød from the lunch menu, one potato and one chicken salad. The salad had a mouldy smell. The potato smørrebrød also came with a sauce with weird taste. They even charge you for tap water. Not recommended.

I tried the Danske Kage og gløgg. The gløgg here is a bit diff from the standard ones that you might be getting in other parts of Copenhagen during winters. With the usual mulled wine and chopped nuts. The dried grapes are possibly soaked in a much stronger alcohol before being added into the wine glass. Thus it might come off a bit shocking for someone trying it for the first time. The modern vibe to the whole restaurants speaks off Dansk for the lack of better words to explain it. It's perfektion with a K. (Danish spelling of Perfection)
