Charged 550dkk to change chain and gear. The gear was not fixed at all. He was pretending that he fixed it but there was no work done whatsoever. I have a new chain on my bike with no gear and 550 less in my bank account. :)

I rental bicycles from there, you get ancient bicycles and the prices are 30% higher than in other bike rows (2 km further). When paying, you should pay 25% more than agreed. The seller showed aggressive behavior, we would refuse to borrow an e-bike at a regular price.

Warning. I asked for new tires on an 8 year old e-bike. They put tires on that are too wide. The tires could not be in the fenders and we also had to peel off the support wheels. They could have discovered that themselves if they had checked their own work. I tried to get used to the tires but it won't work and the store won't change to the right size. The electric motor is on the front wheel and I don't know what they have done to it, but the motor now kicks in between as if there is a loose connection somewhere and there is now a rattling noise from the motor. They will not take responsibility for the mistakes they have made but discuss and discuss. It becomes zero stars from here and a warning against using them.

Poor service! Going down for the first time to get the bike serviced. They must have tightened some things, e.g. the pedals. I get it back and after a few days it starts making a loud "clicking sound" which I then have to return. The employee explains that it must have tightened the crankcase. He then wants additional payment for that even though I just paid for service where they should have checked it. I then pay for it and now after a month and a half when I have hardly ridden the bike due to the holiday, it has started to make the sound again. Chooses to go down and ask to have it tightened again when he said I should just come back with it if anything happened. However, the man does not want to tighten it as it is a temporary solution. But I'm pretty much satisfied with that. But that is not an option according to him. Instead, I have to pay DKK 1000. to have it replaced completely. Bad service that you can't just offer what you as a customer want done.

Terrible service!! I had to replace a rear tire, but when I rode from there I could feel that the bike was not as it should be. But I gave the bike a chance, but after 1 week I had had enough. So I go back to the shop and tell my experience with the bike and if they can check it. But they won't!! They bullied me and called me the type who only complains and is not satisfied with anything and yells at me. So I go to another bike shop and they tell me that the rear tire was not fastened and was completely loose. Crazy!

DKK 500 for a new hose and a new tire. I don't know if it could have been fixed with a patch. In addition, the hose is also mounted crookedly/has become pinched, so the wheel bounces when I cycle.
