Bad treatment, have had so many problems with my bike, waited at home several times for a fitter who then didn't come, or didn't make it or even didn't have the right component with him. And now a 3-year-old bicycle for DKK 16,000 is dead because it obviously cannot withstand rain! I cannot recommend buying a Lindebjerg bike. Kh Lone Qvist

I have just had my new electric bike delivered from Lindebjerg. I am more than satisfied: the bike is a dream, the price was very competitive (I have searched the market thoroughly!) and I have received fantastic service throughout. I have had electric bikes for about 12 years and I teach "Sales and Service", so I believe that I have the prerequisites to assess "the total package".

We received a letter after approx. 2 years when they wrote that we had DKK 1100 in credit, we had paid too much for 2 electric bikes when we bought them. It is service on a high level, it shows that it is an honest and real company that wants the best for its customers. If we could give 10 stars then what we did.
