Paid 5000kr for a simple battery change!! When I received the amount I thought it was a mistake. I called VW amager to understand if this is true and what was the split between works and the actual battery since it was not obvious in their offer. First they didn’t want to explain further but after insisting and calling 2 times I was informed that: the battery cost was 2500kr (which is approx double the price you can find for a battery in the market) and another 2500kr for works ( quite a high amount for identifying that the battery is low and replacing it, approx 30-45 min). I had no other option than to go on with this offer since I didn’t have the time convenience to change workshop. But I don’t think I would use VW Amager in the future and I would definitely not recommend it.

Really expensive and they had not done what they claimed - so we had to go back inside to get it fixed. But friendly and serviceminded people. Takes some time to get help.
