Took our car in for a service, and mentioned we have an unknown beeping noise. The desk staff helpfully said it's probably just our parking disk. Later on the phone, they offered to change the batteries for it, I declined as I can do that myself. Now, maybe I wasn't clear enough in my refusal, I don't speak Danish but I thought I was clear and understood in English, but it's on the invoice: 120kr for 2 AAA batteries! If nothing else, it's just a false economy blatently ripping customers off like this.. It's only a silly small amount but it's such an obvious con, has earned this poor review and lost my trust in future. I'd recommend going elsewhere, and will consider doing so myself in future.

Terrible service, overoverpriced. Do not recognize the mistakes they make even when it led to danger and big inconvenient such as being stucked in the middle of nowhere with car broken even though just entirely revised the day before (8.000 dkk bill), overnight and food paid from my pocket, trip delayed by twelve hours, of course no reimbursement, not even an excuse. When back in Cph, they 'offered' to fix their mistake with second hand pieces for 12.000 dkk when in Germany, where we had the break down, they could repair with new pieces for 200 euro/1.400 dkk, there they did a quick repair for free so we could go on. Only the secretary is nice.

Sales person dont have any information about car and dont care about customer request. Didnt give any proper information about car. One of worst customer service i saw in Denmark
