There used to be a «secret» SuperCharger at this location. Even the «slow chargers» were disabled outside working hours (tested 2). Slightly disappointed.

Nothing wrong with the location but the service isn't great for a premium car brand, they do a fine job of the service just rather slow (was supposed to have our car back same day but took an extra day and only was informed at the end of the day), need a better synchronization between the app and service, but that is my opinion with Tesla as a whole, good cars poor service.

A mixed experience but as expected. Nothing unusual. Great staff but silly warranty rules. Very strict and unflexible. Fixed 1 out of 4 minor faults. But the whole process of booking and interacting with Tesla's team was excellent...hence the 3 stars in total

Very friendly and competent crew. Its authorized service so prices are also rather high mostly due to cost of Tesla parts, however this is to be expected from a premium brand service.
