Kim and his team were amazing. We have a campervan/motorhome and another workshop charged just for a scan 800dkk which we found to be very expensive. So we decided to take the knowledge we had and try to find a good mechanic that actually takes the time to listen and acknowledge the pain we were going through. Kim was very busy, he wanted to help but was very short on time (understandably - summertime and holiday time in Denmark) so a little bit of hope and finding of common ground helped Kim to help us. We visited Kim at the workshop and he quickly confirmed the diagnosis ordered the part for repair and had us come back the next day after recommending some wonderful spots in Denmark for an overnight camper stay. So far we had just seen Christiania, anyway after a pleasant chat and a nice night/day we received the good news that our motorhome was well again and could drive home! Thanks to Kim and his colleague for really helping us out as a motorhome is not easy to get a regular mechanic to help no matter how small the problem. Laura also says very big thank you Kim for helping us out.

They did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing my 11 year old car. Runs great now. I am very happy with the service, fair and honest. Owner and team are dedicated to good customer service, the shop is clean and organized. I highly recommend them. Car also came back clean, which was an added bonus!

After my last experience with a workshop that was not particularly satisfactory, I was determined to find another workshop if I were to find myself in a similar situation. In short, a similar situation occurred again (although less parking damage than last time) and after I had seen all the good reviews, I gave myself a shot at trying Kastrup autoservice and can only say that I have to agree with all the good reviews. Kim was really nice and really accommodating and fully understood the extent of the damage and helped me well on my way to the sheet metal repair shop that was supposed to do the damage. Of course, I hope that I will not be in these situations too many times, but one thing is certain and that is that I will use this workshop in the future. They are trustworthy and take their time to explain, even when you don't understand cars😄

Kastrup autoservice was my biggest rescue.. I obviously meant that my V8 diesel could run on gasoline that day. In any case, there had to be a quick response in order to deal with the hopeless mistake I made myself. I quickly make the decision to take it to Kastrup autoservice. Transport there so it was with mechanic Kim and info to him the next morning that my car was with him with the key in the mailbox. Kim knows about my physical condition and that I am deeply dependent on my vehicle. This means that my car is ready already 2 days later and purrs like a pussycat when I pick it up. Furthermore, Kim had at the same time got my car for a 4-point measurement at the neighbour's. Kim the good man offers to come home with my car. Which I insist he not have to. But just the thought he had done says everything about the man. Me forward the next day with Flextrafik and a good chat with Kim and a cold soda pop. In the meantime, Kim has had the car taken in for a car wash by the old man. A place I use before and was very familiar with the place. Kim you are just my man.. I always remember good and real people. Which to that extent you are… My deepest gratitude and respect for helping me urgently in that situation.

Tried to cram an insane amount of repairs on me that didn't hold up. Answer to your comment: regarding the oil change/service a year ago, it was said that a large number of repairs had to be made, including leaks in engine oil, coolant and many other things. I have checked several places since, whether there should be these leaks etc., and many things on the list were simply untrue, while of course there were some things that fit. I have now driven the car for a year without any problems. Certainly a fine workshop in terms of craftsmanship, but I can only state that you tried to do work that was not actually necessary. So I saved something close to 15,000 by saying no thanks to your work and getting other places to check it out.

I had the best experience today at Kastrup autoservice. Came by without an appointment and was greeted with kindness and sincere good old-fashioned service that can turn a slightly difficult day into a good one. Finally I have found the best workshop in town. 💚
