Really bad service. The owner complained that it was far too difficult to patch a tire and tried to increase the agreed price further on collection. The tire was flat again after a few hundred meters. And it's not the first time it's happened. Never use them again!

Have been to this bike dealer several times, and always get friendly, smiling and competent service. He doesn't try to sell me everything I don't need, and he's even nice to give a discount when the finances are tight 👍😊

Very poor or lack of service. Had the tire changed on my bike and a few hours later it was flat again. I contact the owner, the answer was that everything had to be changed and he does not patch, but changes the tyre. It cost us DKK 500. We will never use the place again.

Out cycling a long way from home and punctures... Looking for the nearest bike dealer on Google. Find Tårnby Cykler and they fix my bike and changed the rim tape when it was also needed and all in record time. About 20 minutes in total and that included them calling to ask if it's ok, they're putting on new rim tape so I didn't get an unforeseen expense. Friendly staff, a little hard to understand with any words but very welcoming and friendly. Thanks for the rescue. 👍

He has been rude, threatening and cheating. He also films even though people beg him not to. his service is at rock bottom I recommend that you do not buy anything from him as he only thinks about money and not about your needs. 0 out of 5 stars.

Nice guy, who unfortunately isn't very competent. I have never felt overly satisfied with various repairs at Tårnby Cykler, and now I take the consequences and stop visiting this bike dealer when my bike needs love. My advice: seek help elsewhere.
