I used to recommend this store for its quality of mechanical services, prices and friendly storefront clerks, but no more. Recently, I've been in this story several times and my impression is you no longer get what you need, only what you strictly request and that is not good IMHO. For example, I paid for a review on my road bike and got a broken chain on the first ride afterwards. Looking carefully at the broken chain, I could note that it wasn't in good shape at all. I went there to replace it and not even a word was given about my situation. In the past someone would call me, suggest a replacement and offer an option. Another situation was with a recently bought bike (less than 3 months) in this very store, I told them that my back anti-puncture tire was puncturing frequently, and a mechanic was able to show me that the tire was abnormal. And the answer I got afterwards was the tire was fine. I left the store with that feeling: fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. I don't think that paying for what only you requested is a bad thing, but the point is I no longer see that extra effort and care on your bike by them. As a customer who used to recommend this store, it is a bit frustrating.

Needed a helmet our daughter and pedals for my bike. Sooo many helmets to choose from and exceptional service. Not a huge selection of pedals, but enough that I found what I needed. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Outstanding customer service. Only downside that they're a bit farther away than the inferior bike shop in Ørestad. ;)

The shop has very kind staff and an informal atmosphere. They helped me to install a new basket and a couple of small accessories on my bike on the spot. I also got professional advice regarding my bike service. Warmly recommend!

Took my cross bike for indexing the gears. They were quick, friendly and reasonably priced. Definitely gonna go back when I need something with the bike.
