Unfortunately, the same story as others. Submits for simple tire patching. They find all kinds of mistakes all of a sudden that I don't want to have made, because I know they aren't there. Have now got a bike back which has been patched, but now the bike is making all sorts of noises. Can't recommend this place. Dishonest business.

Bad service and they "fix" things on your bike that you haven't asked for

I have given up on getting my bike fixed here. Time after time I have returned with a bike that does not run optimally. I have often been told that a bicycle part needs to be replaced and it costs around 1000 kroner per bike. walk. It started when I had received a new bike and it just needed to be fine-tuned. The bike dealer said my crank needed to be replaced. I thought that was a bit strange as it was an almost new bike, but agreed to it. When I got my bike back it felt very strange to ride, but I was told it just needed to be ridden. After approx. 1 week the chain broke, which I also think was strange, since it was a new bike. I then had a new cassette and chain fitted, but now the bike was running again very strangely. So I went back to the bike dealer who then said that it was the rear derailleur that needed to be replaced. It was then done but it did not help trace. I then took it back one last time and was told as usual that it was now running fine. After that I gave up going back to this bike dealer as I have by now spent over 3000 kroner on a new bike which only needed to be fine-tuned and which still did not work. When I took it to another bike dealer he could see the fault straight away. The chain was old and worn. That is that he has put on an old chain and it was probably not the first time, as the chain also broke the first time after it had been for "repair".
