Wahid is great! Fair place to rent bikes for a week or so in Copenhagen. They have Cargo bikes, kids bikes and helmets and of course regular bikes as well. He made sure we had lights and everything we needed.

Retro Cykler is a hidden gem that I've been visiting for some years now. Despite its great location, it offers super affordable prices. The staff is always very professional, friendly, and helpful giving any guidance if needed. They not only take care of requested repairs but often go above and beyond by checking and fixing other parts of your bike that you didn't even ask for, without extra charges. They work really fast. No matter the size of the repair, they get your bike back on the road in no time. I highly recommend giving them a visit for reliable bike repair. Will definitely come back whenever I need a bike fix.

Instead of replacing a worn out cassette that caused chain slipping, they simply put on another worn-out chain with which the bike would work for a short while. I went there 3 times until I could pick up my bike. The shop was closed twice despite having looked at opening hours on Google Maps and once even checking it over the phone. I had a terrible experience, hopefully it is not the norm.
