Best Sixt experience so far. It was a little shocking to see that my upgrade to a BMW 520 series didn’t include a fully powered drivers seat or rear view camera but the vehicle was immaculate and had very low kilometers. The desk associate was a pleasure to rent from and promptly checked if I would need a bridge pass

I was billed an extra DKK 7000 for the scratches I "would have done". Unfortunately, I can't prove that I didn't make them and I didn't think they could do such tricks. I should have taken a picture of the car at the beginning. I had a fast track service, so there were no Sixt employees in the parking lot. Very bad experience with Sixt Denamrk!

Payments is a challenge. Leased a car here for several months. Not one time was charged the correct amount. Always more, sometimes twice. The Danish stuff spent tons of time trying to explain me that they cannot do anything, as their payments had been outsourced to the German Nets. However, they do not find anything bad in this sandal. Stay away from Sixt.

Please Please do not rent a car from Sixt. On my first rental in Frankfurt airport after leaving the car at the airport. A week later I was charged extra $200. They claimed the car was dented. Not true. I did not take any pictures unfortunately. On my second rental from Sixt Kastrup - I returned the vehicle spotless, gas tank full, vacuumed the car, and this time after a week was charged another $700 in fees. Sixt claimed they gas tank was empty, car dirty and that I returned the car a day late. This time I took pictures and have proof and am currently fighting in court to receive my money back. However, this company is a crook. They think they can charge you whatever they want after they have your credit card number. Please do not rent. They do this on purpose and figure after you have left and have returned to your home country you will not do anything. Its the second time and last time for me. If you do decide to rent then I strong urge you to cancel your credit card before you return the car. Otherwise, you will be charged extra. I've read reviews all over google and it seems that there are lots of other people that have been charged as well. The government should stop these companies in some way.

They pretend being the cheapest option!!! But they will send extra fees at the end of the trip. And they add fees on top of that for each week not payed.

Never ever rented from this company at all if you don't wanted to be charged for no reason. First, you will be flying for a long time and willing to pick up your car, they will started the story of your car is not available. We will have to upgrade your rental to an other car, that means extra 150$ at least. On the other hand, they will also charge you for tires lol. The lady at the disk will tell you that don't worry, just finish your rental and we will take care of that, unfortunately, she is lying. Finally, four months later, they will keep changing your card for no reason. I advise you guys to stay away from this company. The other companies are a lot butter from my personal experience. The agency is easy to find, but very difficult to entry! There's no entrance! To come into the building you need a code and the agency did not give it to me! They put a phone number on the reservation, but the voice speaking is only in Danish! They have no mail! I lost a lot of time! The staff is kind and the car was good.

I am really upset about the service at the sixt affiliate at Kastrup Airport. First I was calling in to be sure to have a cd player in the car. Being in the car this was missing. After 2 changes I finally had a car with cd player. The description of the cars were not correct and the service team do not know their products! After the hassle I went around the care and could confirm no bigger damages. By bringing back the care the service agent took a flashlight and screened the car. And he found a mini scratch of 1 cm. You will not be able so spot this in the dark garage if you do not have a flashlight with you! Now I received an invoice of 348€ for the damage. And it will take ages to get back the money. What kind of service is this and I cannot tell if this scratch was there before. You should be very careful to rent a car at sixt and you should have a very good look on the car. Better not using sixt in this case. I have never experienced such before!
