Made sure I had the Budget QuickPass sorted ahead of arrival. Traveled alone with two small children and lots of luggage. The walking distance from terminal to car rental was communicated very poorly. The information desk in the airport told me to walk and follow the signs. They never mentioned any shuttle buss service. Got to the Copenhagen Car Rental building and its along series of desks with many other car rental services. My kids aged 9 and 5 where thirsty and had to use the bathroom. It was to dirty and smelled to bad for them to use. Had to wait in line and unfortunately the que system was out of order. Budget did not have a QuickPass option to press on the que system, but Avis had one and it seemed Budget and Avis was working together at this desk so I pressed the Avis QuickPass option also. Explained to the Budget person that I had QuickPass and he got into an argument with me about this number I had was for Budget and not QuickPass. Ended up having to go though all the sales options I allready had said no to when I did my QuickPass registration online. I got upgraded to a smaller car, with less space for our luggage. My Luggage was standing right infront of the sales rep so he should have understood that the car he changed us to was to small for our luggage. I managed just barely to fit and secure one suitcase between the kids in the backseat. I did not have the energy to go back and ask for a the original car type that could fit three suitcases.

Good car rental centre, located a bit away from the arrival area, let us say 15-minutes walk with the luggage. But there is also a free bus that does a round trips to the car rental centre from the terminals. All of the car rental companies are here, and there is a car parking right behind, where you pick up your car.

Be aware that car may have scratches at check-in due to be in open park, and without visual check of an agency officer, so make pictures of the car to avoid bad surprises at check-out

It was super fast and easy to book a car! The prices were the cheapest that we saw in all of Copenhagen. When we dropped of the car, we only had to give the keys to the person and he let us on our way which made it really fast! The car was in perfect condition and was even better then we expected! I will be renting a car this summer and for sure will be booking through Copenhagen car rental again!

A complete disaster. The rental places are a five minute bus ride away from the airport so for a family with four suitcases and a buggy in minus 5 degree weather, it's a completely ridiculous lack of service. No comparison to airports like Zurich that has car rental accessible from within the airport building.

I came to Copenhagen on business and was very pleased with Copenhagen Car Rental. I found their price for a one week rental very competitive. My car was clean and new and the employees were friendly and helpful.

They are not a private company, they use SIXT car rental, which had a super rude customer service. I arrived late and the person there was not helpful at all. There terms does not state that they dont take cash for only car rental, and they charge additional if you not more than 26 and not 25. Never again.
