I never leave reviews, however, the waitress who served us left such a big impact on me. I've never experienced such friendly and amazing service. It is my first time in Copenhagen and we happened to stumble across this restaurant as we were nearby after looking at recommendations online. We were greeted by the lady who worked there who had such infectious positive energy! She told us that as she had some bookings she could only sit us for an hour which was fine with us because we did not book. However although the food took some time she took it upon herself to gift us an additional dish on the house (which was very kind of her and the establishment). The food was great and delicious and the portions were good ! The pork was crispy and lovely, I recommend that one! She ended up switching things round so we could stay longer. From what I noticed, she was the only waitressing staff on shift and she had a lot to handle on her plate (serving, getting orders, getting payments, cleaning up, greeting customers) and not once did she let that get her mood down! Big respect to her! Her energy whenever she interacted with us was great, left me with a smile on my face as we were leaving. She gave us a hug at the end which was much appreciated ! Thank you ! Come here for lovely traditional Danish cuisine and excellent customer service!

We came on 21 Dec, so I think many restaurants are full. So I would recommend making reservations. But the host/waitress/manager (she was everything! We didn't get her name 😔) was fantastic and super nice, and seated the both of us. Of course we had to try the roast pork dish, 3 course dinner. It's a lot of pork, I had to take some home. Great dining experience. Especially since a bad weather front moved through as we were eating (howling wind and rain) and I think we experienced some Danish hygge 😆

What a surprise! We wanted to try the national Danish dish and we had the best experience we could have ever asked for 😊❤️ the pork was awesome, potatos even better and the fresh besciamella sauce with fresh parsley was a dream! Highly recommended, especially for the kindness and amazing energy the waitress has. I've never seen a person enjoying their job as much as her, you can tell she has a great passion, she talked to us so warmly, was funny and you can tell she puts all her heart into the best service you can have❤️ The atmosphere is very relaxed and pleasant, and she brings it to the next level!

The fish dish for dinner was delicious. The food has a great balance of ingredients, and it is not overwhelmed with sauces. Moreover, the waitress Maria was great! She made a fun and enjoyable atmosphere. Definitely will go again :)

I dislike leaving negative reviews but feel I have to here, the food/price ratio was really really poor. Had the set menu (3 courses) Prawn Cocktail was fine but nothing special, The pork which should be the star of the show was ridiculously over cooked with a bland parsley sauce (under-seasoned and ‘gloopy’ texture) then the apple cinnamon desert was 80% cream but passable. Gorgeous dining space but lacked atmosphere and our served forgot meals & needed to be reminded. Such a shame as had high hopes. Maybe we just caught the chefs on an off day (Thursday night in February 🤷♂️)

The waitress is very lovely and helpful, speak fluent English. Food is very good size and loved the Traditional Roast Pork, skin very crispy.

Excellent experience for eating Danish cuisine, typical dishes and average prices, 2 of us had the fried pork, accompanied by baked potatoes, sauce and beetroot and the chicken and asparagus tartalette which had a delicate flavour, with a very strong aftertaste of asparagus pleasant. The owner is very kind and friendly, she makes you feel at home, she moved us from the table because it was wobbly, they welcomed us and accompanied us through dinner in an excellent way. Apart from a single piece of pork, a little overcooked, I would say a perfect dinner and at the right price
