I took my Christinia bike with a puncture in the back wheel. He promised to try fixing the puncture, otherwise he would have to change the slange, but nevertheless I had to change the tyre too. The tyre was ok, so I said to only fix the puncture and keep the tyre. He repeatedly told me that if I get a puncture right after he fixes it, he would not be responsible. Guess what... Of course he could not fix the puncture, apparently there were many small holes, so I pay for a new "slange", of course short time after I got home with the bike, my back wheel was flat. So tired of wasting my time and money, I checked the slange and the tyre. The tyre had one big piece of wood, easily found. So basically he did not bother to check/clean the tyre! He did not bother to try fixing the puncture. He just change the slange and nothing else.

This bicycle mechanic cannot possibly be trained in the trade. I brought my racing rear wheel over for help changing the tire (brought a new tire myself, but no tube). Since my wheel is a special size, it is not an ordinary off-the-shelf product. He kept the wheel until the next day and explained that he had tried to put a regular size hose (and therefore too big) on ​​the wheel. In the process he has completely destroyed the rim using metal tools - it seems. When I went down to complain, he claimed he didn't touch the wheel at all. But the rim is damaged to such an extent that it will never be able to hold tight as tubeless, as was the plan. There are obvious dents and dents all around the edge. The wheel is a special size (650b). It is obviously out of production, cannot be obtained from either the Netherlands or abroad. The only set of wheels I've been able to get home in the right size is in the price range DKK 13,000. So a single trip to a "bike mechanic" has cost most of a month's salary. The worst part is that he refuses to have touched the wheel, but it is totally destroyed after spending the night in his workshop.

Really nice service. Changed my worn tire to a new one and put a new tube in. In addition, the bike was serviced and now runs like a dream. As an extra nice detail, the bike was polished and cleaned, which I did not expect for the DKK 200 a service costs.
