Dishonest and not sticking to our agreement. I had an appointment with this garage trough Autobutler to build in cruise control and activate it. Uppon arrival, they told me it would cost more than agreed. They claimed we only agreed the work, not the activation even though in my request I clearly wrote: "Jeg leder efter en garage, der kan sætte den i og aktivere den for mig." When I told him that it was written that it was included, he responded by saying that Autobutler only wrote 3 hours of work, not the activation. That is simply not true. He acccepted the job, including my message about activation. Next, he suggested to "Just build it in and see if it works". Any mechanic should know that it doesn't work without activation. Just another way to try and earn more than our original agreement. Dishonest and poor service and for me 2 hours wasted driving to and from the garage.

Had the pleasure twice. Both times a not so good experience. The first time; work not done correctly, so had to return and hand in the car again. Second time; long waiting times (1.5 hours for a wheel change). At the very least, you can warn in advance if there is an illness and that it will take longer.

Tuta's car looks like a car repair shop from a cartoon. And just as you could believe and hope, there is so much competence and warmth with the staff that you will want to sit and wait for your car for just half an hour more! 😂🥳 Humor, good prices, service and decent. Can only recommend them warmly!
