When I was hit on d 4:6:23, my car was taken to this sheet metal repair shop, but I've probably regretted it now, the date is 1 November, I still haven't got my car back, keep coming up with a lot of bad excuses

I have a total of experience with the claims center from 3 incidents. In all cases the place has provided excellent service. Both in relation to me and in communication with the appraiser and insurance. In addition, the loan cars that they have offered have been an extremely pleasant acquaintance. It is true that the waiting time can be long in relation to acute injuries, but never longer than they have said in advance. As long as I have public car products, I will choose this place for claims processing. My warmest recommendations.

Complete lack of customer service. Got a few small scratches on the tailgate of my brand new car repainted and they manage to ruin the rear bumper instead, with primer and sanding dust, which the prep doesn't detect either. Which they then manage to make worse by trying to remove it with a dry cloth, resulting in even more scratches. The only star I can give goes to the mechanic/plate smith who immediately told me it had to be redone.
