Great restaurant with traditional Danish food. Everything was good, especially service, waiters are so friendly and helpful, always ask if everything alright. I was alone there, thought maybe it will be boring, but no, they were talking to me, joking and made me feel like I'm with friends. But couple of things regarding food: 1. Lobster soup - I expected it to be "lobster", but it actually was shrimps. It would be nice to know ingredients or to put a proper name to the soup. Hopefully they didn't put this name just to justify the price. 2. Traditional Danish roast pork with white potatoes - pork was great, with very delicious sauce. But potatoes were mostly tasteless, boiled even without salt. And some of them were al dente, not completely cooked. It was strange for me, because it's was not as I expected. But generally I loved the place and will look forward to come back again ☺️

They have created a restaurant in an old pharmacy. Upon entering, the first impression is a luxury restaurant, then once the menu arrives, it is ideal for having something to eat without spending a fortune. The typical bread with fish, eggs, goose pâté, prawns... then hamburgers, and quick dishes. An excellent alternative to the usual tourist restaurants. Good value for money.

Recommended by the receptionist of our hotel, we chose to dine in this restaurant on the first evening of our stay in Copenhagen so as not to stray too far from the hotel, we were able to taste typical Danish meat-based dishes, but also a fantastic lobster soup. 4 courses (2 starters and 2 second courses), a beer and two cokes for a total cost of around €100, given the prices of the Danish capital, in my opinion the bill was correct and not exaggerated. Friendly and pleasant staff. Really nice and quaint place

We ate here. The food was amazing, especially the pasta and the open sandwich with meatballs. And the prices were almost ok. The water and the tea were absurdly expensive. Also, the waitress was a little passive aggressive.

I had the National Danish meal Stegt flæsk, it was ok. The parsley sauce was the only thing I didn’t like. It needs more flavour maybe it should actually taste to parsley instead of just cream. I ended up eating the pork with fresh parsley and the beetroots which made a great match.

The presentation was beautiful and had a wonderful history/story of the building. The food was small in portion for the value. The only redeeming quality was the fried pork. What disturbed me the most was the charge of 70 DKK for a small bottle of water, really?

We went on the 20th of May 2023 Saturday night. Easy to get a table food and service were amazing. Serving portions are very generous and reasonably priced. Thank you guys for a wonderful dinner.
