Absolute worst service and Trygg-Hansa should be ashamed of using this company. Same as person below, replacement rim was delivered bent. Company took no responsibility, said basically it was my problem and I should fix it myself. Wow.

Good service from Niklas and good suggestions on how I could best get compensation for my double sets of tires on alloy wheels that burned up at the tire hotel. Unfortunately, 50% is deducted directly on both tires and rims, even though you present a bank statement from the purchase of one set of tires (2-year-old friction tires driven max. 800 miles). The same is done on the second set despite the purchase contract where rims and tires were included when the car was new (2015). There I understand that you deduct 50% on the tires, but that the rims also decrease in value by 50% is a bit strange when they were still in new condition. Now it is probably the insurance company that has these rules and not Swedish Wheel Damage. Then I can think that the delivery took a little long. Confirmed the order on 10/1 and picked up the tires on 10/23 after some email conversation. Bought the second set online which I had at home after 3 days. Now maybe Svenska Julskador has extra to deal with, but I would have liked to get the tires home a little faster. Overall I am satisfied. 👍

Really dissatisfied. Got my replacement rims and one of them had a jack in it and they refuse to take responsibility for this.
