Absolutely fantastic service experienced at Floretten. I had my car at Volkswagen across the road (as I usually stick with VW garages) but their poor service caused me to look around to move the car somewhere else. I’m so glad I found Floretten. My car is from Scotland and this was no issue for them. They fitted a new gearbox and clutch and had me back on the road in no time. Linda & Ayman make you feel welcome which goes a long way! Highly recommend them.

Got a small dent repaired via insurance claim. They also discovered a damage hidden under the bodywork and solved it with a spare part without delay. Appreciated! Quite a long wait to get it done, but it didn't matter. Pleasant treatment, good communication and feedback, thus felt serous overall.
