My son went to Mogens Elmer to ask for a diagnostic test because of a warning light on the dashboard (Ford Focus). They connected the computer to the car and the diagnosis was in some 15 minutes clear. Conclusion: it wouldn't be a problem to drive back to Holland and have the katalysator fixed there. So far, so good. But now the bill: - connection for the diagnostic test 444,50 ex VAT - extra electric connection: ehhhh, what extra connection?? Dkr. 148,30 ex VAT. The manager's comment: The extra connection was not made and a wrong code on the bill, but the total amount wouldn't change... - materials: ehhh, what materials were used? Manager's comment: none were used, but it's standard on our bills (Dkr. 42,80 ex VAT) I don't think this is the fair way to treat (foreign) customers by charging non-existent actions or non-used materials. Good and professional handling of changing to summer tyres. Bilhuset Elmer ran a weekend campaign, which was a good initiative. However, I would have liked it to have gone a little faster... therefore 'only' 4 stars. But otherwise always good treatment at Bilhuset Elmer!

Nice shop. The salesman sat in his cage. He shouted out to us: are you just looking? Um, yes, that's how it starts. We walked around a bit and looked, a bit in doubt about pure electricity or a hybrid. And when the seller remained seated in his cage, we left again. He probably didn't need to sell a car. So, fair enough!
