Good cars, good service. I have been very happy with the service agreement I bought when I bought a new car. Then I don't really have to think about anything, they just fix it. Now I have to go and extend the agreement, but I think it will be just as well. They don't much to haggle about the prices, if I have to mention something it could be a little better, after all I am a good customer.

Toyota Helsingør. Have always had a good opinion of Toyota as a brand and have been happy with several cars from them, and am also sure that they are still good cars. But it is not easy. The sales department in Helsingør doesn't seem to care after you had a good chat with them about both what they could offer in terms of car, as well as what they would give for the old one. But now after a week they are still not following up as promised. Sells during the conversation fine, but does nothing afterwards as agreed. It's rare that someone is too busy to sell an item, even after a week, at least with just a status message :-( He even has both my email and phone information. Ouch.... Does that happen? If still nothing, I have to try Toyota Kbh where I have shopped many times before.
