I came to Frederik when I was going through a tough period where my mental health was taking a toll on my physical well-being. Frederik helped me understand the link between the mind and body, thoroughly detailing where in my body he felt the most tension and stress. After simply one session, I felt a huge sense of emotional release which relaxed me physically and helped me shake off a lot of the anxiety I was feeling at the time. I have since then been coming to Frederik frequently, and I am quite frankly amazed at how reduced my stress levels are every time I leave, as well as the way it has shifted my mindset in such a positive way. Frederik is very professional, kind, and empathetic. A very warm recommendation from here!

I can start by saying that I would highly recommend SpecFysio in Hillerød. I was quickly taken care of by Frederik, who is extremely professional and competent. He was able to correct all of my physical ailments, so that I no longer experience any pain. He is extremely personable and eager to listen to your needs so that he can best treat you. If you are in need of a physiotherapist, then you should make an appointment with Frederik, as you won't be disappointed!

Frederik Bahne has saved my mobility in my right shoulder. On a holiday in early July I stepped too far on the top step of a marble staircase - I managed to grab the banister with my right hand but continued down five steps by slipping on the edge of the steps. I subsequently had a bit of pain in my shoulder, but attributed it to an expected sprain by "catching" the whole body's weight down the steps. After returning home, I made an appointment with Frederik, who, through various movements of the whole arm, recommended that I get the MRI scanned. There is a 2cm tear on the upper shoulder blade, tear on the biceps and a smaller tear on another tendon. Two hours of surgery and now 6 weeks in a sling and 6-12 months of rehabilitation. But hope for full function thanks to a skilled osteopath. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION from here

We have been to the clinic in Hillerød and Helsingør, where our daughter has been treated by both Lars and Frederik. The course with her has gone super well, and every time we have left the clinic, she has gotten significantly better. The therapists are calm both in their demeanor but also in the treatment itself. It is clear to look at our daughter that she enjoys it, which also gives us as parents a sense of security. Only minus: They never rushed us, but it could still be nice to have a place to be after the treatment where you can, for example, feed your child. This probably applies mostly in Hillerød, but it is also something they are working on.

I came to Frederik with my 3.5-month-old little girl. She has suffered from many stomach problems which have meant that "tummytime" has not been the best. She has seemed very tense both in her stomach, back and neck. However, Frederik worked his magic, because just after one treatment, we went from having "tummy time" for 3-5 minutes to having "tummy time" for at least 25-30 minutes. And with this she also found out how to turn 180 degrees and move forward 👏🏻😳 So can definitely recommend Frederik!! He is professional and good with children. Makes sure baby feels safe ❤️

I came to SpecHealth with my little girl of just 2 months, who was a little crooked in the back, which meant she had a farvotit side and she also had a lot of reflux. The bias is gone and so is the color side. The reflux is almost gone and we see a huge improvement in how much she burps. Frederik has been an enormous support and advisor. I would highly recommend SpecHealth to anyone. You get 5 stars, because it is well deserved.

Finished a course at Frederik a little over 3 weeks ago. The discomfort I had is largely gone and the course itself has been really good. Very competent and accommodating treatment. Can only be recommended.

Frederik is really good at what he does. I was recommended to Frederik by my trainer, since for a few months I had had pain and radiation to the leg/foot, due to a herniated disc in the lumbar vertebrae. Already after the first treatment, I could sense that he did something good for me. I have been through a long course with Frederik and have now become pain-free and can once again tie my shoelaces, do strength training and generally have a completely normal everyday life. Frederik has enormous knowledge despite his young age and he is also a skilled communicator. He gets my highest recommendations. Nille
