Has had limitations in bending both hips outwards and had pain in the groin. After the 1st treatment with Alexander, it was like floating on a cloud when I left the clinic, and since then the pain has subsided significantly. When I get up from a chair, it is without pain in the groin. I mentioned to Alexander that I also have a frozen shoulder at the age of 10, as the range of motion in the arm is greatly reduced. Alexander doesn't think it's still a frozen shoulder after so many years. Something has stuck. I have been promised that it will probably be loosened before I finish my treatments. I hope so. Alexander seems like a pleasant person and is very explanatory about what and why he does what he does.

For a couple of years I have regularly had pain in my left big toe. I had an X-ray taken and the orthopedic surgery department was able to establish that there was pronounced arthrosis, and I was offered a stiffening operation. I looked for an alternative solution and found Aarhus Osteopathy in Hillerød. I have now had 4 treatments from Senthuren Ranjan. It has been a good experience in every way, a pleasant and highly competent treatment where, in addition to the massage, I have been shown and explained a number of exercises that I have to perform daily. Here, after a few months, the pain is almost gone. I will continue with my exercises and expect to consult Senthuren Ranjan in between for massage and follow-up. Fantastic treatment with a focus on why a pain/suffering occurs, with subsequent treatment of the cause and not just treatment to relieve the pain. All in all, a clear recommendation from my side.

Very excited about Aarhus Osteopathy in Hillerød. Came with pain in both hips and right shoulder/neck After thorough examinations and treatments, the pain is largely gone. Have previously tried physiotherapy etc. which didn't help. The osteopath's approach is different. Trying to find the CAUSE of the pain and then treat it. Can be warmly recommended.
