The call service is not so helpful (it is very bad service). You have to go personally. When I called, they answered that they couldn't give me the information because the assistant was out and they didn't know what time the assistant was going to return. We went in person to see if they could resolve our query (get a specific part), and yes they did. But the dataphone did not work and they could only receive money in cash and in DKK (you could not pay in euros or dollars). In addition to this, the service is slow, so I recommend going with plenty of time available.

Not welcoming - agreed they "just wanted to open and see if there was anything wrong Before they did anything" afterwards they still demanded DKK 1,700, "to light it down"
