I have never experienced such bad service that you did not inform well or keep your appointments. Would say lazy they are trying to solve the problem but as if people have time to just drive back and forth when it suits them.

Incredibly bad service. Contacting me due to 1 fault being found 2-3 others that another independent mechanic can't find at all??!! Ended up getting the fault fixed at the other mechanic for less than half the price from the quote!! :(:( Wild..

Our old mechanic is unfortunately closed, so we tried Biløens Autoservice for starting problems. It ended up being a very expensive pleasure. Almost DKK 7000 and a message that it could not guarantee that the problem was solved. In addition, they found other things that should be improved within the next month. We are definitely looking for another assessment and offer.
