Love Hyacinth. The quality is perfect and each shortbread looks like little works of art. Feels like a dance classic in a package. Call and book to then pick up and take with you to the beach or other excursions.

Expensive and the sandwiches were not good. Too big pieces of herring on the sandwich ruined the whole sandwich.
