After having problems with a GS tire...we were lucky to find this workshop. Not the classic BMW workshop but rather a mechanic who loves the world of 2 wheels. Maximum availability, friendly and professional. Upon arrival, since we were wet, he immediately offered us breakfast with hot coffee. Given the prices of the place I would say it's really cheap.

Jan is my go to BMW guy in Europe. He goes out of his way to get the job done right and his prices are extremely fair. I am deeply grateful he is available to work on my motorcycle.

Jan is so kind and experienced mechanic. He welcomes you with smile, takes care of your bike properly, with a very reasonable price. I’ll definitely come back again!

The best customer service I've had at any kind of business. I was limping into Copenhagen with some very bad noises coming from my GS' final drive. Jan waited at the shop until I got there, at 8:30pm! By the time I had gotten my bags off the bike and organized, he had the back end apart, and it was a mess- two of the four bearings in the last u joint had seized, two had disintegrated and the coupling on the shaft was ruined. He didn't have a new shaft, but said he could call someone else in town who might. At 8:45 the next morning I got a text saying the bike was done! What?! After only of 12 hours in the shop I was ready to roll. Overnight he had cut the bad end off the shaft and welded a good one on to keep me from having to wait a couple days for a part to get shipped. You'd be lucky to find another shop that would even be willing to do that kind of repair, much less do it overnight. I put 500 miles on it the next day with no problems. I wish this shop was in my town so I could go there every time I needed service. 8/5 stars.

I'm a university student who daily drives a R75/5. As my only vehicle, its incredibly important to me that my bike stays in running condition as often as possible. I have had my bike serviced at both Jan's place and several others in the area. In terms of professionalism, quick turnaround time, and friendly service I would choose Jan Neumann BMW service over any other place in Sjælland. His prices are incredibly reasonable, he often can do simple projects within an hour or two while you wait, and if something requires more time he often has a vehicle that you can loan while he works his magic. He is also often flexible with scheduling, and has let me pick up my bike during the weekend on a time when his workshop is normally closed. Everyone I've met with a classic BMW says that Jan is simply one of the best, and after having worked with him I cannot agree more. If you're a local or just passing by on a longer trip, I definitely recommend his workshop for service, upgrades, and maintenance.

What shall I say: I needed help with some damage after a theft attempt and Jes fixed it super fast and then didn't even want to charge me for that. Even after pointing out that I would at least like to show some appreciation he denied. The workshop looks well tended and organized. If in need of a licensed BMW motorbike workshop around Copenhagen I would recommend going there. Easy, uncomplicated, presumably not always free... Thank you for a great experience.
