Very disappointed... I had a flat a brought my MC there after a quick call. once the bike there one of the guy advise me to change both tires - I trust he knows his job so I agree. so I ask: "ok, can I bring my tires?" Answer "sure, we will charge you 500dkk additional by tire if you do not buy them from us"... here I am with a bike at the mechanics where all I want if for my bike to be fixed and I cant bring it anywhere else.... hostage of a rip-off... 1000dkk if I bring my tires, what for? Today I called, rainy day, I called to see if I could pass tomorrow as rain was not the best conditions, and the answer was no... If you can avoid the place, do it, I wont ever go there again.

Asked for an estimate on repair for a scooter got quoted 30 mins of work time just for asking and had to pay 375. These people are too money hungry i suggest you avoid even asking for prices because you have to pay for asking as well. Shameless

After 20 years at Aut. garage with the car, I had some expectations for my first service at Aut. HONDA workshop. I receive an invoice where 2 oil filters have been changed which should NOT be changed cf. service schedule, was told that they always change it?? I have been to Alm before. workshop and here I have been shown the replaced parts, that was not the case here, so I don't know if they HAVE been replaced at all, it ends up with an invoice that is 33% higher than I had been told at another workshop, but which is not had time in my vacation. My MC had been out in the rain and was therefore dirtier than when I handed it in!, service book was not filled in, I had to wait 5 min. extra on. I check if the computer on MCs is updated for the next service, it is NOT, they drive it into the workshop again and spend at least 15 min. trying to find out how they do it, during that they loosen my mobile phone holder, as the handlebars are a bit conical they try to tap it again and scratch the handlebars a bit, I ask them to stop and say that I will ready myself when I get home. I hope this is not the style for an Aut. HONDA service workshop because then I will consider dropping the warranty and have it done at a professional Alm. workshop.

The workshop disappoints. This time I'm not so excited (as before. See below) Story: I want a new steering wheel. The workshop says: choose one at mc-tech.dk I do. I drive to the workshop and point. The workshop orders, I pay the almost 1000 when ordering. When the workshop has received the steering wheel, the workshop calls. We make an appointment and I hand over the motorcycle. ....the same afternoon the workshop calls and says that the ordered handlebar is too small in diameter (and too narrow to be fitted). The workshop found this out when they had taken the motorcycle apart. I therefore had to pay 2 hours of work, DKK 1700, for nothing. I have learned to do it myself. I already have a wrong handlebar, can take the machine apart and put it back together. For free. Saved: NOK 2,700, on which I do not have to pay tax. Saved before tax about 5000 bobz. I'm not angry. I am disappointed... AND: The workshop changed my tires and tubes July 2023. The back hose has a smart 90° angled valve. My machine is only equipped with side support. The angled valve is therefore brilliant, as it faces outwards and upwards when I want to air the machine. Unfortunately, the workshop has now fitted the hose, so the valve now points downwards. So now I have to argue with the rear sprocket (often quite squishy) and the side bag to air the rear wheel. The workshop does not think this is their problem and therefore the workshop does not need to turn the hose "correctly". Practice I'm not angry. I'm disappointed... And...the front tire bounces violently. I get a long explanation that the chrome-plated rims with spokes are welded. And that welding is to blame for the jumping. But it didn't jump before the tire change...but the workshop doesn't think that has anything to do with it. Assertion against assertion I propose, and I am not contradicted. Yes, I'm disappointed ====≈====≈===≈==== Including my previous reviews of aagesenmc.dk . 2023 July and mid-Sep "Once again great treatment. Thank you" (And I now add: because they ARE nice and nice and skilled mechanics)

The first time I have used the Aagesen MC Workshop, but definitely not the last time. They have a very professional and thorough approach. Was contacted by them along the way with advice on replacement and repair of things I wasn't aware of myself, with a deadline and price that I could decide on before the repair was carried out. On collection, all points, large and small, were found Reviewed with me and invoice was also detailed with everything that was repaired and serviced. Well done Jorgen

Unfortunately, the workshop didn't have time to deal with a relatively small problem, so they unfortunately had to store my MC for 5 weeks (and they don't have space) until I got home from vacation. I think that DKK 600 for a used petrol cap is on the upper end of the used price. Otherwise a good shop and workshop.
