I ordered food for 17:00-17:15 and they came already at 16:00. This resulted in my food being ice cold and the fries dead before my wife got home from work. I tried to explain to the driver that they had to come back with a new pizza on time, but he didn't understand any Danish or English. The food was also close to lousy, but of course it was also over 1 hour old.

Terrible service! Lousy food! Otherwise read reviews and thought that it was just some sipped people who waved low scores, but now experienced it first hand. Expensive lesson not to take previous reviews seriously!

Not worth the price, rude staff - so unfortunately have to follow suit with the other negative comments about the service in particular. The bad service affects the atmosphere, it is unpleasant to shop there when customers are treated the way they are - both over the phone and in person

Ice cold food when it was delivered! When I call and explain it to the pizzeria, they don't listen to me - the man keeps talking over me and just hangs up! So bad!!! I have bought a lot of food from you over many years, but after this treatment you have just lost a loyal customer!

A disappointing round! A pizza was missing, which was then delivered cold when it finally arrived. Both burgers, pizzas, pita bread and fries, were unimaginative, battered, smeared in oil and EVERYTHING was cold.
