Poor customer service as they clearly made a mistake. I bought a juice for DKK 9, but the clerk made a mistake and I paid DKK 90. I asked nicely if I could get the money back on the card and not in cash. There, what I think was the boss jumped out of his chair and ran out shouting that they couldn't do that and I could only get back in cash. The clerk then chose to transfer to me via mobilepay (good style) and when I was on my way out the boss shouted "Have a bad Sunday and don't come back". I asked him what he had in mind and he replied that I should just keep my mouth shut and go away. I won't come again. Never!!!!
