I had purchased a blender in May 2023, which stopped working. The store refused the return saying that they replace only within 14 days of purchase, even though the Product clearly says 2 year warranty. The attendant said that they cannot do anything, and I need to visit for return only when the store manager is present. P.S. : I revisited the store. The attendants were helpful. I managed to return the blender. Also purchased some other products and updated the rating :)Thank you!!
