I had to find a bike shop after lufthansa destroyed my cycle (august 2021). The owner did his best to help me get things back together, finding the right parts to eventually fix my bike (and helping me cut all the zip ties i used to hold it together) and saving my holiday. I hope not to be in the same position again, but if i were, this is where i would go for bike service. 5* rating.

Expensive - Always replacements rather than repairs and it seems that you can buy the parts yourself much cheaper than from them even if you buy the original parts.

We needed two boxes at short notice to pack our bikes for air transport. We were helped very quickly and friendly. The owner also offered to transport the bikes to the airport for us. We are very grateful and happy about the quick and uncomplicated help!

I have bought 2 electric bikes and there was fantastic service! Bent is just always, there is a rift about him, but when you are served by him, he is 100% in front of you!!! I subsequently had a normal bike down to get a chain guard on, which meant that Bent and the guys at the workshop additionally - completely free - adjusted the rear wheel, so that the chain was tightened, the chain was lubricated, the handbrake was made and the front dynamo was replaced with another used! Simply delicious overservice, which means that you have to live very, very far away, in order not to use Kastrup Cykelbørs as your regular bike repair shop! Incidentally, I had been sent down to Kastrup Cykelbørs by a friend who praised him/them for their good service! And they are probably why the store is a bit busy all the time.

Incredibly messy store. Was met by an older gentleman (probably the owner) who angrily asked what was wrong with my bike. After an explanation, he said that he was not the only one who was wrong, but wanted the bike through a major replacement. Had what was wrong done by another bike smith and the bike has nothing wrong with it. With that attitude and selling ability, I'm happy to go a little further to get my bike done.
